I’ve always been an analyst. After starting my career as a copywriter, I quickly noticed a desire to define and refine the framework governing the words on the paper. When presented with a problem, I rely on a formula of targeted observation and analysis to guide me towards the goal of providing valuable insights and recommendations.

Before joining Centerline I sought out experience in brand architecture, SEO, digital marketing strategy, and digital analytics, using these disciplines to gain a better understanding of the content landscape and hone my approach to content strategy.

At Centerline I focus my time on helping companies create messaging and experiences to better communicate with their customers. My work includes building messaging guides, defining the information architecture for websites, designing customer experience programs, and helping companies understand the best ways to accomplish business goals with content.

Suzanne brings over 25 years of marketing leadership experience to The Mx Group, and leads growth for the business through marketing and brand management. Suzanne’s background spans corporate, startup and entrepreneurial environments, with executive leadership positions at brands including Motorola and Savo. Suzanne is an award-winning marketing industry leader who has served as a speaker, educator and two-time BMA Chicago president. She is currently on the BMA’s executive board as vice president of C-suite engagement. Suzanne holds a B.S. in business administration and marketing from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Wayne has over 20 years of experience in the digital media and analytics industries. He founded his first digital media company at the age of 15 and then went on to work for companies like Nutrisystem, Panasonic and NASCAR.

He is an experienced technical consultant, and has consulted for companies like Boeing, Comcast, Ingersoll Rand, Maritz, MSNBC and many more.

He currently leads business development and account management for Nabler, a digital analytics consulting firm. Nabler employs account based marketing in their lead generation and business development process.

Wayne brings a wealth of experience in marketing, data governance, systems implementation, and business development. Wayne lives in Charlotte with his wife and two lovely daughters.
