Over a decade leading global SaaS businesses, Andrew has tried just about everything to generate growth with marketing. Some of which has worked; most of which hasn’t. But through identifying new products, pivoting to adjacent markets, changing monetization models, spending big on above the line marketing, doubling down on search engine marketing and more, Andrew has developed a repeatable approach to marketing that he calls “creatively analytic.” This approach marries Artificial Intelligence and big data with compelling content to lead users to get the most value from the product, build brand love, increase engagement and lead to paid conversion.

Previously, as VP of Product Marketing Mobility at HP, he developed and launched the company’s mobile solutions strategy, resulting in a 400% increase in year over year revenue. Chris Feuell is a Global Marketing & Sales Executive with over 20 years of B2B and B2C industry leadership at Fortune 50 Companies such as Ford and Johnson Controls. In August 2016, Chris joined Adient, a $17 billion Tier 1 automotive supplier, and global leader in automotive seating. Chris is Adient’s Global Vice President of Marketing and her specialties are in driving customer-focused innovation, business growth and change leadership. She has strong expertise in global marketing and brand strategy, product management, strategic planning, leading business unit P&Ls and M&A integration.

Chris achieved more than 20 years of progressive responsibilities in Sales, Marketing, Product Management and P&L Leadership at Ford Motor Company. Chris joined Johnson Controls in 2010 and led the Global Marketing, Brand Strategy, Product Management and Market Intelligence teams for the Power Solutions and Building Efficiency business units, which represented over $21 billion in sales. She was also instrumental in leading the marketing strategies and integrations for several acquisitions and joint ventures, including Delkor, Air Distribution Technologies and Hitachi.

Extending her influence to community involvement, Chris serves on the Michigan State University Broad School of Management Advisory Board. Chris has also served on the Executive Advisory Boards of the Business Marketing Association, Wisconsin Literacy Services and Meta House which provides rehabilitation and support services for women.

Chris has a BA in Business with emphasis in Marketing and Economics from Michigan State University and completed an Executive Development Program in Business and Financial Management from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

In his career to date, he has started four companies in a variety of fields and has been awarded multiple patents as well as been a finalist for the Computerworld Smithsonian Award. He has also traveled extensively, and spoke at many international industry conferences. His work experiences include the medical field, law enforcement, IT, and telecommunications.

Betsy leads Digital Marketing for Vonage, focusing on B2B globally. Her cross-functional team is responsible for web design and development, content strategy and publishing, demand generation and media channel management. Betsy joined Vonage in January of 2018 following digital marketing roles at Pitney Bowes, SAP and the Omnicom family of agencies. Her career spans nearly 15 years leading teams and spearheading projects ranging from end-to-end website development to integrated digital program design and management to post-merger brand and marcom integration.

Earning her BA in English from Northwestern University and starting her career at Forbes shortly thereafter, Betsy gravitated to leading strategic initiatives to drive growth and deliver business value. Adding an MBA from Columbia University, Betsy pursued roles on the agency and client-sides to give her critical insight and experience across all marketing vantage points.

In her spare time Betsy enjoys chasing her sons (ages 9 and 7), tinkering with home automation with her husband Dan, a software engineer, and at 5:30am, you can find her on her Peloton.

Since joining Emerson in 2012, Derek has also served as brand officer for Discrete & Industrial, and as an analyst for Emerson’s Perfect Execution initiative. He is responsible for strategic marketing and global marketing communications for discrete automation products and services, as well as brand management, digital marketing initiatives, and market analysis for supporting the growth of Emerson Automation Solutions into discrete markets. Key market segments include the fast-growing food and beverage, life sciences, packaging, automotive and machinery.

Prior to Emerson, Derek worked as an Engineering Leader at Procter & Gamble’s Air Care and Dish Care business, where he led cross-functional teams responsible for new product launch, and as an engineer in charge of process automation improvements and facility upgrades at Tyco International’s Healthcare and Flow Control divisions.

With more than 12 years of experience in brand consulting, he specializes in identity systems design and creative campaign development. Jess Willis is a mom of three under four, a wife, and a Bon Jovi fan who does marketing. (in that order). She’s been leading marketing teams and tactics for over 15 years and is currently responsible for the global marketing strategy for Pitney Bowes Data. Prior to that she served as the director of marketing for Maponics where, in addition to learning all sorts of interesting things about data, she worked with some of the most intelligent, humble and lovely people a gal could ask for.

She has held senior leadership positions in marketing across software and data, automotive, insurance & finance, and health and fitness, including past positions at Wegmann Automotive, John Hancock and World Gym. While she has realized many personal and professional successes in that time, her former 10-year-old self is most impressed with the fact that she has reached the point in her career where she is on a first name basis with a sticker vendor and a cartoonist. She also likes that she gets to wear one of those super cool wireless mics when she gives presentations for large groups.

Jess holds a BA from Emerson College and has served on several boards of Directors including the American Marketing Association: Nashville, where she served for three years across event planning and social media, as well as the Nashville Chapter of Women in Financial Services, where she served as President.

She currently resides in Vermont with her husband and three children where she spends most months wishing the snow would melt, but sincerely enjoys the 23 days of nice weather that New England offers up each year.

Jess likes to write, likes to laugh, likes to motivate and encourage others, and enjoys doing good, solid work.
